The pan can be used on all standard hob types: induction, gas, electric, glass ceramic. The base construction (TransTherm) ensures even heat distribution and long heat retention.
Material: multi-layer material (Cromargan stainless steel, aluminium core, chrome steel exterior). PTFE non-stick coating with scratch-resistant stainless steel honeycomb structure. Heat-resistant and oven-safe up to 260 °C.
The non-stick coating is protected by a raised stainless steel structure. The visible honeycomb allows non-stick frying with ideal fat distribution at high temperatures.
